Terms of Service

Effective date: 30.09.2026

These Terms of Service govern your account and use of Hello, including our iOS and Android apps and related services at feelinghello.com. They form an agreement between you and Hello Entertainment SH.P.K., a company based in Albania ("Hello", "we", "us"). Hello helps adults meet through matching, one-to-one audio and video calls, profiles, friends and private messaging.

1 Accepting these terms

By continuing registration after being shown a notice linking to these Terms and our Community Guidelines, you agree to them. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete registration or use Hello.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Acknowledging that policy does not by itself give consent to every form of processing. Where separate consent is required, we will request it separately.

Hello Privacy Policy

Mandatory rights under the laws that protect you as a consumer continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2 Eligibility and age checks

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Parental permission does not allow anyone under 18 to use Hello. Provide your actual date of birth and do not misrepresent your age or help another person bypass age restrictions.

If you are reported as potentially underage, we require an age-estimation check through Didit before you can continue using Hello. This flow estimates age without requesting an identity document. The Privacy Policy explains the information processed for the check.

If the check indicates that you are under 18, or you refuse to complete the required check, your account is banned. An age estimate can be wrong; it is not a verified date of birth. You can challenge an age-related decision by emailing support@feelinghello.com.

After an under-18 estimate, you may retry age verification after six months. Waiting six months does not make you eligible: you must actually be at least 18 to use Hello. You may ask for human review of a mistaken decision before that period ends by emailing support@feelinghello.com. A technical failure or inconclusive result is not, by itself, an under-18 result or a refusal; contact us for help resolving it. An appeal or request does not automatically restore access.

You must not create or use another account to avoid a restriction or ban, or use another person, image or recording to complete your age check.

3 Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. Your name, username and image must not impersonate someone else, mislead users about who controls the account, or infringe another person's rights.

Each email address may be associated with only one Hello account. You may not sell, rent, transfer or share control of an account, or use accounts to evade safety measures. Hello is for personal use; business accounts and unsolicited commercial promotion are not permitted.

Protect your sign-in details and tell support@feelinghello.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable steps to secure your account; this does not remove our own legal obligations.

4 Using Hello safely

Follow the Community Guidelines in your profile, messages, photos, videos, voice notes and calls. Ordinary dating and respectful flirting are allowed. Nudity, pornography, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, harassment, threats, hate, scams, exploitation and other prohibited conduct are not allowed, even in private conversations or between consenting adults.

You may end a conversation, decline contact, and report or block another user. Respect those choices. Do not contact someone through another account or channel to evade their block or refusal.

Other users are responsible for their own statements and conduct. Matching with someone, receiving a subscription benefit or completing an age check is not a guarantee of identity, trustworthiness, safety or compatibility. Exercise care when sharing personal information or arranging to meet. Hello does not provide emergency assistance; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Do not use bots, scraping tools or unauthorized automation; access another person's account or data; interfere with the service; distribute malware; exploit vulnerabilities; or bypass security, payment or moderation controls. Report security concerns privately to support@feelinghello.com.

5 Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you create. Only upload or share material you have the right to use, including any necessary permissions from people shown in it. Do not share another person's private information or intimate material without lawful authorization.

You give Hello a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, transmit and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, deliver it to your chosen recipients, maintain the service and enforce these Terms. We may allow service providers acting for us to perform those functions. This permission does not give us ownership of your content or permission to use it in unrelated advertising or AI-model training.

The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent limited continued processing is permitted by law and described in the Privacy Policy, such as backup retention or preserving evidence of abuse. Content already delivered to another user may remain in that user's history or copies, as explained in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not themselves extend any retention period.

Do not record, capture, publish or redistribute a private conversation or another person's content without their permission and any authorization required by law. This restriction does not prevent a lawful, necessary and proportionate report to Hello or an appropriate authority. A reporting purpose does not make an otherwise unlawful recording lawful. Do not download, copy or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report.

Technical capture controls cannot guarantee that someone will not copy or record what you share, including by using another device.

6 Subscriptions and billing

Hello offers weekly and monthly subscriptions purchased exclusively through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The benefits, price, currency, billing period and any offer conditions are shown before purchase. Availability and pricing may vary by store and location. A subscription does not exempt you from our rules or guarantee a particular match, response or relationship.

Subscriptions renew automatically for another weekly or monthly period, according to the plan you select, unless you cancel through Apple or Google before the applicable renewal deadline. Your store account is charged at the price disclosed for that renewal, subject to any required notice or consent for changes. Review the full purchase information before subscribing.

Manage your subscription through the Apple or Google account used to purchase it. Follow the store's cancellation instructions and deadlines. Cancellation and requests for a refund are separate actions. Any continued access after cancellation is subject to the purchase terms and any valid restriction on your Hello account.

If you want a refund, use the relevant store's refund process. You may also contact support@feelinghello.com for help. Nothing here excludes a mandatory right to withdraw, cancel, obtain a refund, or receive another remedy. Buying or starting to use a subscription does not, under these Terms alone, waive any statutory withdrawal right.

Uninstalling Hello, signing out, deleting your account or being suspended or banned does not automatically cancel your subscription or stop renewal. You must cancel separately through the Apple or Google account used to purchase it to prevent further renewal charges. If your account is restricted or banned, contact support@feelinghello.com about any billing issue; a ban does not remove mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Changes to subscription prices, renewal terms or material paid benefits will be communicated and applied in accordance with applicable law and store requirements, including any required notice or consent. We will not remove paid benefits already due to you without an applicable contractual or legal basis and any remedy required by law.

7 Reports and enforcement

Use the in-app reporting controls to report a user or conduct, including from a chat, during a call, or after it. You can also contact support@feelinghello.com. Report honestly and include enough information to identify the account or incident. Do not make knowingly false reports or organize abusive reporting campaigns.

We may act on user reports, automated safety signals or other information lawfully available to us. Depending on the nature, seriousness and repetition of a violation, we may issue a warning, impose a temporary cooldown or feature restriction, suspend an account, or permanently ban it. A cooldown is not guaranteed before a ban.

Severe violations, including child sexual abuse or exploitation, can result in an immediate ban. When automated checks identify prohibited child sexual imagery, the account is automatically banned. We remove confirmed child sexual abuse or exploitation content and report it to the appropriate authorities where legally required. We may also preserve relevant evidence and make other lawful reports of suspected offences. An account ban does not itself mean that all associated records are immediately deleted; the Privacy Policy explains retention.

8 Ending your account or the service

You may stop using Hello at any time. Request account deletion through the app or contact support@feelinghello.com if you cannot access your account. The Privacy Policy explains the deletion process and any records retained. Manage any subscription separately through the store that billed you.

We may restrict or end access for a material breach of these Terms, ineligibility, a safety or security risk, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately where needed to address serious harm or an urgent legal obligation. For remediable issues, we may offer an opportunity to correct them when appropriate.

If we discontinue Hello or materially reduce a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by law. Ending an account does not remove accrued rights, payment obligations already lawfully incurred, or provisions that must reasonably continue, such as dispute handling and limited retention permissions.

9 App licences and third party services

Hello and its licensors retain rights in the app, its software, branding and service materials. These Terms give you no ownership of them. You must not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by applicable law, an applicable licence or open-source terms.

For the iOS app, the software licence is Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms govern your Hello account and use of our service alongside that licence; they do not replace it with a custom Apple EULA. Mandatory law and applicable store terms continue to apply.

Apple Standard EULA

For the Android app, Hello grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control for personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable Google Play rules. The licence ends when your right to use the service ends, subject to applicable law.

Some features use third-party services. Any additional terms that apply to a feature will be made available when required. Your mobile carrier, internet provider and app store may charge you under their own agreements. You are responsible for charges you authorize.

10 Availability and responsibility

We will provide Hello with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable law. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability of a particular user, or that every harmful interaction will be prevented. Maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Updates may be needed for security or continued compatibility.

You remain responsible for your own content and conduct. We remain responsible for our own obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses from personal use of Hello or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. This does not exclude liability merely because an incident involves another user or a third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer guarantees and legal remedies prevail over any inconsistent limitation.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms or the Community Guidelines to reflect changes in the service, safety needs, law or store requirements, or to clarify existing provisions. We will publish an effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, except where an urgent legal or security reason requires a faster change. We will obtain renewed agreement where required by law.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using Hello and end your account. Any rights relating to a paid subscription remain protected by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively authorize earlier misconduct or remove rights that have already accrued.
