Our Service requires access to your geolocation (latitude and longitude) from your device to function effectively and provide you with localized experiences. If you do not grant permission for location access, you will not be able to use essential features of the Service.
7. Call Privacy
Calls made through our application are established using a peer-to-peer (P2P) connection whenever technically possible.
We do not record, store, monitor, or listen to the audio or video content of your calls. The communication is securely transmitted between the devices of the participants without passing through our servers.
In certain network conditions, when direct peer-to-peer connection is not possible (such as due to NAT or firewall restrictions), the call may be relayed via a TURN server.
8. Messaging Privacy
Chat messages exchanged within our application are stored securely to enable synchronized conversation history across your devices.
To ensure the best user experience—such as message history continuity and notifications, your messages are stored on our servers. However, we treat your data with the highest level of care and protection.
All stored messages are field-level encrypted, meaning:
- Each individual message (or field within a message) is encrypted before being written to our storage systems;
- Encryption keys are strictly managed and access-controlled;
- Even in the event of unauthorized database access, the data remains unintelligible and secure.
We do not use your chat content for analytics, advertising, training models, or any other purpose outside of delivering the core functionality of the app.
Access to message content is technically restricted from internal teams, except in rare cases where explicit user consent is granted for debugging or support purposes.
